Channing Wilson - I Ain't No Outlaw - Vinyl LP

I Ain't No Outlaw, the forthcoming album from singer-songwriter Channing Wilson, is a 10-song collection of country music cut live at Nashville's RCA Studio A, reuniting Wilson with nine-time Grammy-winning producer Dave Cobb, who also produced his acclaimed debut Dead Man. It's Wilson's first release since signing with 101 Music in partnership with Thirty Tigers, and it builds on that debut's grit while widening the frame: tenderhearted ballads, story-songs, and hellraising anthems from a LaFayette, Georgia lifer who sold his fishing boat to fund his first trips to Nashville, wrote alongside Guy Clark, penned songs for Luke Combs, and just reached his largest audience yet as a finalist on CBS' The Road and performer on CBS' Marshals.

The title says what the record means. Wilson is not playing the outlaw. He is a working musician, a father, and a stubborn romantic who has spent his life in country music and is not interested in chasing trends. I Ain't No Outlaw is honest, hard-earned, and real: songs about work, heartbreak, faith, family, and finding a way forward, made for real life and real people.
